System change of the Organization

What it is and how to do it

What is system change?

Systems change is about addressing the root causes of social problems, which are often intractable and embedded in networks of cause and effect. It is an intentional process designed to fundamentally alter the components and structures that cause the system to behave in a certain way.

    1. Roshan,
There are different factors as time, scope and others that should be
considered before making the Radical change. It is crucial for company managers to
understand and change the organization effectively. For example,
understanding the right time for change is an important issue. In the time of
crises the organizations react faster than the time of longer strategic
developments that may happen from time to time.

For the Example in Financial Industry in sri Lanka , Peoples Bank was doing Traditional Banking. And now they identify the future market conditions , and move to Digital banking in speedily & invested more capital of this development. ( Radical Change).

Accordance with my view, any organization doesn't do the Changers(Radically or Normally) ,that is not to establishment in successfully in the market.
